Data Collection – Participant 1

We recorded the pupil of a participant for 30 seconds without pain and 30 seconds with pain.

After analyzing the data we found the following information:

  1. With the normal pupil diameter as a reference – The pupil without pain dilated 461 times whereas the pupil with pain dilated 614 times.

Data Collection:

We use a USB microscope to take a clear video of a human eye.

Data analysis:

We use MATLAB‘s image processing toolbox to identify the diameter of the pupil in an image
